I have 3050 points (we signed up a couple of days ago and it was a promo thing). I need a new phone. I like the LG Attune. So we called them today when the points came through, and they said I'd have to spend the 3000 points on the accelerator and then pay $68 for the phone or 3000 MORE points. So for a 'free' phone I'd actually need 6000. Which isn't how it was explained on the phone before OR in the store when I went and asked them about it yesterday. WHAT? What's the friggin point? I might as well buy one off of eBay for that price and keep the damn points to buy random shit with.That is NOT how they explained it to me when they pretty much forced me into switching over from my old plan.
