Theory cannot become law without scientific proof. So why do we need political laws without a scientific law?

It use to be that theory needed a majority of facts to become law. It does not, anymore! I watched a Dow Chemist on a public broadcasting station back in the 90's. He was pitted against two evolutionist biologists! He had them crying and that means what? It is the biggest religion that ever hit earth! They could not say anything about the CHEMISTRY that tore up that theory, that these and other biologist forced on many schools.. in America and worldwide! What it boils down to is simple in mathematics, 65% of evidence does NOT support evolution! Do we not see it taught in our schools as a fact? It is the biggest lie even perpatrated on our world! Hey, lots of theory becomes law with no scientific proof. All it takes is a gullible, ignorant, or disinterested populace and politically motivated legislators, to make it law. Observe the crazy Al Gore w/shoddy scientific "evidence" + liberals jumping on the green planet bandwagon = it becomes a liberally driven social movement + legislators pass laws to look cool with the liberal populace . . . phenomenon. Voila.

You've heard of the "golden rule" the people with the gold make the rules. Sadly this is pretty much the way the world works. People like George Soros are able to shove their left-winged agendas down our throats.

Gravity is just a theory; another name for it is Newton's LAW of gravitation. And there are many legal laws that pertain to gravity . . . heck, what in our daily life doesn't pertain to gravity? Perhaps, as you suggest, we should scrap our entire legal system? After all, we don't know if gravity is real or what it is that's pulling us down . . .
