i have to write a term paper on a firm of my choice. the main objective is to reveal how macroecon indicators will affect the firm. i need to macroecon variables. i chose consumer confidence and the unemployment rate. if you have two better id love to hear them. So for example. if i had picked nordstrom then perhaps consumer confidence and the unemployment rate might be the biggest macroecon factors that will determine wether or noth they will have a succesfull year in terms of sales, profits, and growth.
