I think it changes because at first guys are usually more interested in the sexual part even if they say they don't think about it ... its something in their nature thats really out of their control... so they may think they are interested in a girl but after they have sex they realize they didnt even like the girl after all they just wanted to bang. It's not their fault I feel for men but you can say the same thing about girls i've experienced this before.
