Would I be able to buy a phone off the Verizon Wireless site or eBay and bring it to a Verizon store for activation? I live in california, and I plan on buying my own phone, but my brother pays for the bill and lives in colorado. Will I be able to activate the phone where I live using my brother's information if I go with my dad?
