How does the AT&T 8525 and Tilt compare

I am not satisfied with the iPhone and would like to buy either the 8525 or the new Tilt. The Tilt is nowhere to be found so I was looking at the 8525 and wanted to know is there a big difference between the 8525 and the tilt. I might add that there is nothing wrong with my iPhone but I need to have spreadsheets and documents on my phone for work.
 
Well, you dont have the GPS, but that seems like that is it. That and one is bundled with mobile 6 and the other with 5. That is fixable though. I just ordered the 8525 and it came to $75, the tilt was like $399 or something. The choice was easy for me.
