How does the Android app dg-away work?

I want to download it but it costs money if I go over the limit! What's the limit! I have a G1 and want to forward my texts to another phone sometimes!! Thank you!
 
I don't use this app, but I read the website and the Market description for it, and I'm pretty sure that the warning just means that (depending on your cell plan) you may need to pay for texts sent by this app (and texts received if you forward them to another phone).

In other words, this app isn't costing you antyhing - it's the texts that it sends that may cost you, depending on your plan.
