...be let out early? PLZ PLZ READ.? he started his 90 days on june 4th 2009... with one day already counting from before..
todays is july 2nd.. 30 days to be exact? he is in there for roberry of car.. and he has probation for 5 years and community service for robbery of a building.. will he be let out early for good behavior.. he hasnt got in any trouble..
im thinking half the time which is 45? my summer is soo borning and i really miss him...
theres a catch tho.. he has one more charge for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.. th boy has a scar on his head... but there is no evidence like what my boyfriend hit him with and do you think hell get more time? he has not went to court for it yet, but we are going to fight it... anyways my question is... can he get out early for good behavior??
