How does one politely say "Quit arguing with me, you stupid cow."?

My Grandmother was diagnosed with terminal cancer today. My father's new wife of 4 years keeps butting heads with me about hospice care- what it entails, when one is eligible for it, etc. I don't want to argue with her. I'm a C.N.A. and know I am right. How do I politely tell her to sthu? I am tired of simply saying "Ok, Michelle." and letting her run over me verbally.
 
Er, that sounds like a tough situation. I don't really know what to say, but here a few suggestions. Make sure you say them in a nice tone of voice.

"I appreciate your concern, but I know... (your side of the argument) ."

"Look, I know that you're trying to help, but I think I can handle it... (your side of the argument here)."
