A friend of mine sent some very innocent, sweet comical emails to a new online contact of hers, and the receiver sent back a very snotty reply telling the sender she is reporting her for sending spam and now she's in big trouble. My friend is afraid they can take away her computer and her server. What's the deal on reporting spam when it is so completely innocent? And what 'punishment' can my friend expect?
