How does Northeastern University release admission decisions?

I've applied to Northeastern for the class of 14' and received an email 2 days ago with the title "Experiential Learning at Northeastern" . Now the confusing part is the email starts by saying "Congratulations on your admission to Northeastern. As a newly admitted student...."

I know decisions are released through the application status check and there is nothing on there.

Does this email mean that i got admitted?
