How does my workout routine sound? Needs improvement?

This is my workout routine, 6 days a week I'll workout. Starting with some crunches. So, I do 12 normal crunches, 12 with my feet spread out, 12 with my legs straight in the air, 12 with my legs spread out in the air, then 12 bending towards the right, 12 bending towards the left. Then I do all that once more.
THEN, I'll workout on my dads elliptical (which he lets me use when he's at work) for one hour. At level 2, speed 4.5
And then, one day of the week, instead of cardio I'll do some nice yoga and stretches for about an hour. Sound all good? (:
I'm a girl just trying to drop a few pounds and get a more healthy heart, I'm not a guy trying to get muscles.
