Hi, guys - I just bought a piece of mopani wood at the local pet store for my aquarium. I'm going to soak it for a few days to take care of the discoloration, but I'm confused about something.
The tag says that it will lower pH, and some research on line alternately says it it will heighten pH; again, some others say it won't change it at all. Has anyone had experience with this? Is my pH going to go haywire, or will I be safe?
My tank is a 29 gallon, and I bought a small sized piece. Thanks in advance!
