How does Court work? someone plz help?

i have never been to court i got this speeding ticket and i have to show up tomorrow and pay a fine but problem is i don't have all the money so i was wondering if i could get that in payments. my other question is when i am sitting in the court room and they call out my name what do i say i heard if you don't have the money you can get it discounted or something so what do i do when they call my name do i say discounted or what? can someone with experience help
 
Well. Go to court plead not guilty. See if the officer is there (NOT THE PARTNER). If he/she is not then the charges should be dismissed. Because, your accuser is not there.
2. If the officer is there, have a reasonable story or the truth about what happened.( Mitigating circumstances).
Then worry about the money if it gets that far.
