how does cook find out that freddie dies in skins?

Ehm.. Freddies sister gets worried that she hasn't seen Freddie so she asks Cook to go look for him. And then I think Cook goes to see effy, who tells him about her therapist who wants her to forget about Freddie. Cook goes to see the therapist and then I think he sees the book that Freddie had with I Love Effy ( or something like that ). And there is a big Hes going to hurt her scribbled over the page...
