My boyfriend was arrested for a domestic violence. I declined to make a statement to the police, I did not want him arrested either; they just took notes from my verbal description of the event. I'd like to know if they can use this against him in court. His arraignment hearing is in one week; I just wish to do whatever I can to see this case dismissed. I would appreciate any information, thank you.
