I have a buddy in the repo business and he is interested in pinging a cell phone to locate a cell phone....and the vehicle. Is there a way of doing this?? Obviously cost is a factor, but he may be willing to pay a yearly fee to have access to it when he needs it. Does anyone have any insight or experience with this?
