How do you write TV commercials and where do you send and sell them?

I would like to try my hand at writing TV commercials I enjoy watching them and grading them also..Is there any books etc out there that could help on this topic? If I had some ideas - where could I send them and in what format like storyboard etc...any help would be greatly appreciated
