How do you write a Novel outline?

I'm entering my partial manuscript in a contest and it calls for a complete Novel Outline. I have my plot worked out and I know my beginning middle and end. I have a completed scene list and almost half of my scenes done. What information do they want for my Novel outline and can you show me an example on one?
The guidelines say I get two pages for my whole outline. What's Important for when I condence from ten pages to two?
