...busy people prefer it in writing.? I am a mom of three. 5 and 3 y/o and a 3 month old baby. i work 24 hours in a very busy hospital. I just cut my hours from the original 40 since i got back fom maternity leave. I work 8 hrs each day until 12:30am. Now I want to ask my supervisor again to reduce my hours down to 21 so i will not have to work til 12:30 am. It's just tough to wake up with the kids during the day.sometimes i could barely open my eyes in the morning when my kids ask for their breakfast or milk or sometimes i feel my tired knees are shaking when i try to get up. i don't have any help taking care of my kids and my husband works all the time too.please help me and i would appreciate all yopur answers. thank you.
