How do you write a debate conclusion?

I need help with a conclusion for my debate speech/paper. Any examples on how to write one?

Also is there any suggestions on ways to improve my intro?

Here is my Intro:

Good morning, Ladies and gentleman. Our goal in this debate is to defend the position that a teenage girl desiring an abortion should not be required to obtain their parents consent. To accomplish this goal, I will look at personal autonomy, the effects of parental consent laws and family relationships.
 
For a debate conclusion, basically you want to summarise all your points. So, you have to state all your points in no more than a sentence. The last sentence should normally be why you think there should or shouldn't be (your argument).
Example: So, all in all, this is why I think mobile phones should/ shouldn't be allowed in school.

Write .. in conclusion ( then list all the reasons why teenagers dont need a parents permission )
