How do you work Adobe Photoshop?

I have a BUNCH of pictures on my camera that I want to upload but need to edit. I also want to make them look cooler, like, change the settings on the photo (like to turn them to negative and things of that nature) and I heard you can do all that on Adobe Photoshop, but i have NO idea on how to work the photoshop and can't figure it out. None of my friends know how to either. Help?
 
This site below has a lot of cool tutorials for Photoshop. Once you get the hang of it, it's not a hard program, but learning it takes time. It is also nice to look up tutorials on Youtube since you can see how everything is done step by step. Good luck!
