I have a perfection stop watch from I think the 1920's-30's....it runs but I don't know how to wind it. You're supposed to pull the stem out, and I have but I don't know if I've pulled it out all the way or not....I'm able to change the time when I pull it out this far but if I try winding it now, I don't think it's doing anything. Anyone out there know anything about these old stopwatches?
It recommended putting this in engineering and I couldn't find anywhere better to put it! And since engineers are smart I guess this will have to do
