up",or is there a way to "buzz down"? Sometimes I don't like the quality of the story, but still want to see the comments. Yahoo help is terrible. There is no explanation anywhere I can find about the difference between the green "thumbs up recommend" button and the buzz up button, and I never seen a way to vote thumbs down or buzz down as to the story itself.
