How do you use multiple photos in photoshop?

Ok, so you see the pro pics of babies and kids, multiple shots (poses) of one child all complied onto one 8x10. How do you arrive at that end result using Adobe Photoshop? Is there a tutorial out there that I have not found yet? Thanks!
