How do you use a USB flash drive?

its a very easy and convenient way to back files or transport them between computer.

if you install a program onto the flash drive yes it will run from there, but all the registry entries and program shortcuts will still run from the computers hard drive
 
ur supposed to save documents and pics and stuff on there.
you cant like access microsoft word or anything...its a portable device to hold info :)
 
plug it in and then you can store files on it.. you can then take a file from one computer and then plug the flash drive into another computer and use the file there.
 
you plug it into a usb port
u can use it to store files or documents or music or use it to speed up your computer if u use vista. and yes u can use it to run programs from. just install it onto your usb device...
 
Plug it into the USB Port, search up USB Port on Google, you'll see what it looks like on your computer.

You plug it in, go to My Computers

Then look for the USB manufacturers name Icon, click on it, and you can store files there, and carry it around to another computer.
