To access your videos, by-pass the program that you're using. Once the Samsung Propel is connected to your computer, close the program that pops up (and/or messages) and then go to My Computer and look for the Samsung Propel (it maybe a called something else). It will appear as another device on your computer. Double click on it and then look through the files for Videos. Double click that and that is where your videos will be (Images will be in Photos, and so on). You can copy or move them from the Propel to your computer, where ever you want to save them.
