Ok so we have adobe photoshop 5.5 and i want to upload an uncolored picture that i downloaded onto adobe photoshop so i can color it but it won't let me open it i always go to open or opes as and whenever i try to find it on there can you not upload downloads onto adobe photoshop???
How do you upload pictures downloaded from the internet onto adobe photoshop?
