How do you upload html files to your website from a file manager?

Hi Folks,

I've changed some text in the html files in my heart internet file manager. How do I upload the changes/files to my website? I have an upload file facility but as the files are online in my file manager I don't know how to select the files I changed?

Any Ideas?
