You are probably going to have to go to the sprint store to have them do their magic on it. but first however i would call customer support to see if anything can be done. Last resort.......go to the store.
Well I locked my phone by a user lock but I forgot my 4 digit number so I can't get in my phone without unlocking that user lock so can you help me? This is really important!
