How do you unlock the internet on a mobile after you have unlocked it from Vodafone?

I have recently unlocked my Vodafone mobile and switched it to telstra and i can not access the internet and i can not recieve or send multimedia messages. Is there any way that I can fix this? It's a nokia C3 by the way
