How do you unlock a Kawasaki VN 750's fork?

Hi you do not say if this is steering lock if it is then it is the reverse of how it was locked.If you are really stuck you can break the lock with a quick jerk of the bars or get a locksmith.
 
I've read the manuals but they only teach you how to lock it... :/
Forums are full of the same question but no working solutions. Help please.
