How do you type higher exponents using HTML?

I need to use the ones with the Alt key, and all I can find are for 0, 1, 2, and 3, but nothing higher. I need 4, 5, 6, etc. Thanks!

EDIT: I don't have Microsoft Word yet, I just got a new computer, so I can't do that....

You could use Word and the fonts superscript option, then do a copy and paste into your HTML text. Might work.
