How do you turn off the security in the 1993 pontiac bonneville my car wont

turn over the lights& radio et?
when i turn o or try to turn on my car to start,the lights and everything comes on excdept the car. i had this problemb4 and it eventually turned over, but it has been3days and still nothing, what is the problem, can any1 help?!!!
 
You are best off getting it fixed right, normally it is the contacts in the ignition switch.
This is based on the assumption that it is the security system.
I have seen this repair cost anywhere from 150-350 dollars, which is reasonable for a no start\crank condition.
