how do you turn off security alarm on a toyota camery?

mother inlaw lost her hand held remote to activate and deactivate the security alarm and now the car just turn over and not starting. the security light is on
 
Find the BCM. Next with a wiring diagram, locate the wire that goes to the door locks to deactivate the alarm. Cut that wire. From the BCM you should touch that wire to any exposed metal part (not painted) and it will deactivate the alarm.
