im having a sweet 16, i've always dreamed of having the 'fairytale' party ( the princess dress) But i dont want to put a dress code on my party incase people think its stupid or put people under pressure to buy clothes that they can't afford( not being cheeky atall i just mean if people maybe have money problems or something.). i had the idea of doing a black and white ball where you come as elligant or as casual as you like but i still think that the black and white theme might put people under pressure or put them off. :/ what do i do? im so confused.
how do you trow a party with a semi-formal dress code?
