Even though "they say" [or I read atleast]--that 'only' 1% of ticks carry lyme [and other tick related illnesses], we live in an area infested w/these little b*stards.
So we've an outdoor cat who we let in everyday for food and shelter for some of the day though we also give him [forgot name of product] some tick/flea treatment in which he takes orally. I thought that this would repel ALL ticks/fleas.
Maybe not, because one of my family members got bitten in one of the rooms he stays in and we believe they 'may' have contacted Lyme. Yes, she will be going to the doctor soon for sure. The bite was 2 weeks ago following strange symptoms.
