How do you treat an injured fish who is still breathing but upside down?

I came home and found that he was missing from my collection, after hours of looking for him in and around our tank we finally found him. But he was upside down, and he has red marks which i think are bite marks from the other fish. We have quarantined him and put him the right way up in an natural plant, but now we are stuffed in what to do ! HELP!
 
possibly a swim bladder infection? you can get stuff to treat that with at any decent pet shop but you'd need to do it fast. also if he was in a community aquarium keep a close eye on the others for any signs of being off colour & if you see anything amiss it would do no harm to treat the community tank as well.
