How do you transfer a game from the computer to a Nokia 5130?

I've downloaded it and there was a ----.jar. when I double clicked it, there was a page called the Nokia Application Installer. I connected my cellphone using USB and I also turned on the Bluetooth but my phone still can't connect to the computer. What should I press in my cellphone???
