How do you think GOD feels about 'test tube babies'?

Okay my friend who is a Christian and is married had her tubes tide at the age of 23 after having 2 children and now her and her husband want to have a child of their own sperm/egg combination and have decided that they want to have what they call a 'test tube baby' We were discussing this and it arose some interesting questions [we are both Christians] like how would that be veiwed in the eyes of the Lord? She [and I] sort of feel it is GODs way to have a child naturally or to adopt but it is not a option for health reasons to naturally concieve another child and her and her husband want a child of their own flesh and blood so what do you think. Scriptures plz.......Christian and atheist welcome I just want opinions and genuine answers. Thanks in advance........Lil*ReD
