How do you think did Suzuki Emi have a physique like that? ?

If you see her in her 2002 jdorama (Long Love Letters) she looks completely different and normal. But If you look at her present appearance (Yukan Club, Galcir) she looks like a supermodel. How did she become that thin? I mean she didnt have liposuction. The only surgery she had was eyelid surgery. So how?
