How do you teach a dog how to Army Crawl?

I think that is what it is called anyway

Where the dog lies on the floor and crawls forward with its tummy still on the floor.

What would be the best way to teach a dog that trick?

My dog works best with hand signals and I teach her tricks using treats.

How would I teach her this one?
 
When dog is lyng down put the treat in front and pull slowly as she begins to crawl or stretch towards it give her the treat continue a few times each day until she does it longer and longer to get the treat keeping food close to her mouth, pulling it away very slowly.
