How do you talk to a girl on the phone ?

I have been talking to this girl and we have really connected and we can pretty much talk on msn for 8 hours lol but when it comes to talking to girls on the phone i dont know what happens i just forget what i was going to say and it becomes really akward :( I really like this girl and she told me she really likes me ! what should i do and what should i talk about ?? thanks for the help
