when I receive texts from my girlfriend, what is meant to be the less than symbol then a three, to make the typical texting heart, appears in my received texts as two upside question marks.
I can send the less than three heart no problem, and it shows up correcty. but when I receive it I don't see it.
I've read that deactivating or uninstalling the Spanish language stuff can fix this. but I have no idea how to do that.
any advice on how to remove this Spanish language pack? or any other way to fix this problem?
got the phone second hand, so the guy who had it before could have done anything to it.
