How do you stop someone dumping trash in your back garden?

I live in a big housing estate where I don't really know any of my neighbours and someone keeps throwing trash over my wall, does anyone have any advice on how can I stop this?
 
If you live in a housing estate, talk to the manager. Explain your problem. Go through the trash and look for clues as to who is doing this. If all else fails, dump it back over your wall.
