come up with a list of thing people want/ need in yor area. figure out how you could incorperate that into your business for cheaper than everyone else providing that service/ product. depending on the type of business you might need to fill out legal documents or get insurance. you may not even be able to considering your age. but it doesnt hurt to try. good luck.
