How do you sort the apps, iPhone, iPad, iTouch or anything ?

I used to have them with the most important apps on the first page in alphabetical order, then the rest on page two and three in alphabetical. I changed it to colour oder (in the rainbow)
It looks okay but I was thinking something strange would be better .. like the size of the app download.
I know how to do it .. I want to know how other users organise their apps ..
