How do you set the alarm on the Alcatel OT-209?

I recently purchased an Alcatel OT-209 to use as a temporary mobile phone while my Blackberry is repaired. But I have been unable to work out how to set the Alarm feature. The instructions were entirely unhelpful so I must turn to the internet. The screen has 3 different slots where you can input a time and I have no idea what each means. I set the top one to go off a minute after the current time and nothing happened.

Any light you can shine would amazing~
 
Hi, I was also having difficulties, it's not clear! It's probably too late but: go to the alarm screen, there are 3 times shown (default 00:00).

1. Click the top one.
2. Change the time to 1330 (scroll down and select 'edit')
3. Now you save and go back to the Off // 1330 screen. Select 'Off', 'Edit' it to 'everyday' or 'once'.
