how do you send ringtones from a palm pixi?

I tryed to send a ringtone to my friends phone from my palm pixi but it doesn't have an option to send it? And
how do you save ringtones off a music website? Because all it does is stream the song and won't let me save it? Helppp! Plz! Thanks
