in my denshi jisho, I can only find the phrase ????which is a verb. What I want to say is somethign alogn the lines of "bare shoulders are considered rude/taboo in japan".
I don't know how true this is; just that nearly every girl out here wears a cardigan over a top even when it's a high-necked and/or short-sleeved top.
Side question: would the term for "decency" when discussing this context be ?? or something else?
